Registration Fees
The registration fee includes all sessions and satellite workshop, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and the publication of a manuscript.
Only one manuscript per abstract/registration can be submitted.
Registration will open on March 7, 2026. Late registration deadline is Friday, June 19. Afterwards registrations will only be possible on-site.

The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday, 8 July 19h00 in the restaurant Kazerne, in Eindhoven city center.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be received by June 1, 2026. By this date, all cancellations will be refunded their fees less a cancellation fee (€ 25,-). No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
