Registration Fees

The registration fee includes all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and the publication of a manuscript. Only one manuscript per abstract/registration can be submitted. 

The registration fee for invited speakers will be waived.

The conference dinner is not included in the registration fee and should be booked as an additional option.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be received by June 1, 2026. By this date, all cancellations will be refunded their fees less a cancellation fee (€ 25,-). No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

Be aware that scammers can approach our potential participants for hotel bookings or payments. Please do not respond to any unknown or unsolicited emails that contact you with such requests.  In case of doubt, reach out to us using the conference email address.
